Requirements
Must be a resident in Nigeria
Work must be either in the English language or subtitled into the English language.
The preferred format for media files is .mp4, or .mov.
Content total duration a minimum of 15 minutes.
We don’t accept projects that promote hate or excessive violence, projects/films completed prior to January 1, 2024, projects/films with any affiliation with a major studio, or project/films that have secured U.S. distribution or have been produced, financed or initiated by a major film studio or television network.
Deadline
Applications will be open on April 1, 2025.
Applications submissions will be accepted through June 30th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Winner will be announced and notified in July 2025.
Fees
A Vanta Black TV subscription must be active to be eligible for this award. Subscriber must be active from time of application through receipt of award.

You must apply with the same name that is listed on your Vanta Black TV profile.
Please do not apply on behalf of someone else.
All winners are the decision of the Vanta Black TV jury and are final.
Any materials submitted will not be returned.
